Research on the Employment of University Students from Single-parent Families

单亲家庭大学生受到家庭特殊环境以及社会、他人等因素的综合影响,其在心理与行为发展中出现了不少问题。随着我国社会的不断发展,对于人才的要求也在不断提高,这也进一步加剧了大学生就业的压力,而单亲家庭大学生在如此激烈的就业形势下该如何顺利实现就业成为高等院校以及社会关注的焦点问题。本文从单亲家庭大学生个体发展中存在的问题的角度出发,来对单亲家庭大学生就业难引发的问题进行分析,并且提出相应的应对措施。

Under the combined influence of such factors as special family environment, the society and others, university students from single- parent families are faced with a lot of problems in their psychological and behavioral development. With the continuous development of our society, the requirements for talents are also rising, which further exacerbates the pressure on the employment of university students. In the face of such fierce employment situation, how university students from single- parent families successfully find jobs has become the focus of attention of universities and the society. Starting from the problems existing in the individual development of university students from single- parent families, this paper analyzes the problems caused by the difficult employment of university students from single- parent families, and proposes corresponding coping measures.
