在目前大学生就业形势严峻的背景下,贫困大学生的就业现状更应该引起社会和高校的关注。本文从内外部因素分析了贫困大学生就业难的原因,并从心理、能力、经济三个角度提出了针对贫困大学生的就业帮扶对策,有助于提高贫困大学生的就业竞争力和高校的就业质量。

Under the current background of college students＇ severe employment situation, the employment of poverty- stricken college students should be attached to more importance by the society and colleges. This paper analyzes the causes of poverty- stricken college students＇ difficult employment from internal and external factors, and proposes the countermeasures to help their employment from psychology, ability and economy, aiming to help improve the employment competitiveness and quality of poverty- stricken college students.
