摘要
通过中医古今文献研究和现代临床总结,探讨痰瘀与缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)发生发展的关系,提出痰蒙清窍是ICVD的病机基础,瘀血阻络是ICVD的病机核心,痰瘀互结、阻滞脑络是ICVD的病机关键,痰瘀同治是ICVD的治疗重点。
The relationship between phlegm and blood stasis and ischemic cerebrovascular disease （ICVD） were discussed through the study of Chinese ancient and modern literature clinical summary. It has been discovered orifices confused by phlegm is the basis of the pathogenesis of ICVD,and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals is the core to the pathogenesis of ICVD. Intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis,obstructing the collaterals is the key pathological mechanism of ICVD. Removing phlegm and blood-stasis together is therapeutic focus of ICVD.
