摘要
以粉煤灰为骨料,膨润土为粘结剂,造纸污泥中的细小纤维为造孔剂,经过机械挤压成型、干燥脱水、烧结后制备得到新型吸附材料(GAFF),并以龙胆紫染料吸附量和材料散失率为指标,设计4因素3水平的正交试验,得到GAFF的最佳制备条件为:烧结温度为630℃,粉煤灰与膨润土比例为2∶1,造纸污泥添加比为3%,升温速率为0.2℃/min。该条件下制备的GAFF对浓度为2 000 mg/L的龙胆紫染料平衡吸附量高达322.99 mg/g,散失率为1.19%,具有良好的吸附性能和机械强度。
in this study, a kind of new adsorbent called GAFF, with fly ash as skeletal materials, bentonite as binder and paper sludge as pore former, was prepared through mechanical shaping, dehydration and sintering. To determine the best condition for preparing GAFF, an orthogonal experiment was carried out with crystal violet adsorption capacity and loss rate as evaluation criteria and the result is shown as follow: sintering temperature of 630 ~C, ash/bentonite ratio of 2: 1, paper sludge adding amount of 3% and heating rate of 0.2~C/min. Furthermore, the prepared GAFF under the best condition showed an adsorption capacity as high as 322.99mg/g and loss rate of 1.19% for crystal violet with concentration of 2000mg/L, indicating a good adsorption performance and high mechanic strength.
