The Research on Site Selection Index System of Small Towns Development

以我国当前小城镇快速建设发展的大背景为前提,阐述企业参与小城镇土地一级开发的重要意义,进而引出土地一级开发前期阶段选址工作的重要性和紧迫性。考虑到目前这方面的研究尚处于空白,提出建立土地一级开发选址指标体系,通过数据处理形成选址决策模型的研究思路,以期对土地一级开发项目的决策提供可行建议。

Based on the current rapid development of small towns, the article explains the importance of enterprises entering the land development of small towns, and the importance and urgency of site selection work. As research in this area is still in blank, the article proposes the establishing a site selection index system of land development, through data processing forming the model, in order to making decision of small towns development.
