帕金森病48例血尿酸水平检测的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨帕金森病患者血尿酸水平变化的临床意义。方法:选择帕金森病(PD)患者48例及同期住院的非PD肾功能正常患者,分别比较两组患者血尿酸水平,并比较不同临床分期及不同严重程度的PD患者血尿酸水平。结果:PD患者血尿酸水平(271.1±59.7μmmol/L)显著低于对照组(311.7±49.2μmmol/L);不同临床分期及严重程度PD患者,血尿酸水平比较,无统计学差异。结论:PD患者血尿酸水平降低,低的血尿酸水平可能是帕金森病的危险因素之一,但血尿酸水平与PD严重程度无关,不能作为判断疾病严重程度的指标。
