摘要
介绍405/70-24 14PR EMR-1宽基轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 121mm,断面宽402mm,行驶面宽度380mm,行驶面弧度高-4mm,胎圈着合直径611mm,胎圈着合宽度330mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.746,花纹深度28mm,花纹饱和度41.4%,花纹周节数22。施工设计:胎面采用两方三块结构,胎体采用6层2100dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布;采用LCX-3B型成型机成型,立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准及相关设计要求。
The design of 405/70-24 14 PR EMR-1wide base tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 121 mm,cross-sectional width 402 mm,width of running surface 380 mm,height of running surface-4mm,bead diameter at rim seat 611 mm,bead width at rim seat 330 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2)0.746,pattern depth 28 mm,block/total ratio 41.4%,and total number of pitches 22.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,6layers of 2100dtex/2dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply,2layers of 1400dtex/2dipped nylon 66 cord for break ply;using LCX-3Bbuilding machine to bulid tires,and using vertical autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standards and relative design.
