俯瞰该场地可以发现，该项目恰好位于富山公园和新宿御苑正中间的位置，连接着这两座城市公园，并且在实现该区域的绿化深度及广度方面扮演着重要角色。
环顾四周，该项目西侧是歌舞伎町及其他商业区；东侧是一片住宅区，包括寺庙、神龛、绿色空间及其他标志性场所。该项目所在地是一个汇集了多种城市文化的地方。
An integrated, three-dimensional itinerary consisting of a series of plazas expresses the character of the place,connecting the lower level to the ground level.
Shinjuku Eastside Square is an office building situated within Shinjuku Eastside, a major 3.7 ha development project connected directly to the Tokyo Metro Higashi-Shinjuku subway station.
Looking down from above, the project site is positioned exactly halfway between Toyama Park and Shinjuku Gyoen, two of the ＂seven urban parks＂ of Shinjuku Ward. The site connects the two parks and plays an important role in realizing depth and breadth in the greenery of this part of the city.
