摘要
本试验采用锰含量分别为3.45、8.26、15.98、23.16、28.67、33.83 mg/kg的等氮等能微颗粒饲料,对初始体重为(17.11±0.12)mg的方格星虫稚虫进行为期8周的饲养,用以研究饲料中锰含量对方格星虫稚虫生长性能、体成分、体腔液中锰超氧化物歧化酶活性及组织锰含量的影响。每种饲料设3个重复,每个重复饲喂400条方格星虫稚虫。结果表明:饲料中锰含量对方格星虫稚虫的增重率、特定生长率、成活率、虫体粗脂肪含量、虫体锰含量以及体腔液中锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性有显著影响(P<0.05),而对虫体水分、粗蛋白质、粗灰分以及体壁锰含量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。随着饲料中锰含量的增加,增重率、特定生长率、成活率、虫体粗脂肪含量以及体腔液中Mn-SOD活性均呈先升后降的趋势,当饲料锰含量为23.16mg/kg时,增重率和特定生长率均达到最大值;成活率、虫体粗脂肪含量、体腔液中M n-SOD活性则在饲料锰含量为28.67 mg/kg时达到最大值。以增重率为评价指标,通过回归方程得出方格星虫稚虫对饲料中锰的适宜需求量为22.58 mg/kg。
This trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary manganese content on growth performance,body composition,coelomic fluid manganese-superoxide dismutase( Mn-SOD) activity and tissue manganese content of juvenile peanut worm,Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus. Juvenile peanut worm with the average body weight of( 17. 11 ± 0. 12) mg were fed six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic microparticle diets with manganese level of 3. 45,8. 26,15. 98,23. 16,28. 67,33. 83 mg / kg for 8 weeks,respectively. Each diet had three replicates and each replicate had 400 juvenile peanut worm. The results showed that dietary manganese content had significant effects on weight gain rate( WGR),specific growth rate( SGR),survival ratio( SR),body ether extract and manganese contents,and coelomic fluid Mn-SOD activity( P〈0. 05),but had no significant effects on body moisture,crude protein and ash,and body wall manganese contents( P〉0. 05). With the dietary manganese content increasing,the WGR,SGR,SR,body ether extract content and coelomic fluid Mn-SOD activity were firstly increased and then decreased. When the dietary manganese content was 23. 16 mg / kg,WGR and SGR produced the maximum values,while SR,body ether extract content and coelomic fluid Mn-SOD activity had the maximum values when the dietary manganese content was 28. 67 mg / kg. With WGR as the evaluating index,the suitable dietary manganese requirement of juvenile peanut worm is 22. 58 mg / kg diet by regression equation.
