摘要
在按照ITSS.1-2015《信息技术服务运行维护服务能力成熟度模型》对企业进行文件审核时,发现由于企业对标准不熟悉而导致无法进行现场审核等问题,并对这些问题进行分析,给出了具体的解决办法,将一些不具备条件的企业识别在现场审核前,减少了审核中不必要的浪费。
It shows that enterprise do not familiar with ＂Information technology service - capability maturity model for operation and maintenance＂ in the process of document audit to enterprise, and lead to some problems such as on-the- spot audit. To these problems, this paper severs some solutions, and avoids some needless waste through identified some enterprise not meet the requirement before on-the-spot audit.
