A collaborative research agreement was signed between the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth(RADI),Chinese Academy of Sciences and the European Commission Joint Research Centre(JRC)at the EU Council headquarters in Brussels on June 29,2015 in a bid to boost bilateral cooperation in Earth Observation and Digital Earth.According to the agreement,the two parties will join hands to address global challenges such as
