摘要
在分析我国成品油炼销企业库存产生的原因以及库存管理存在的主要问题的基础上,通过建立合理库存模型,提出了在低油价下强化市场分析、建立大库存管理、开展商业储备、提高终端销售能力、加大炼厂地付设施建设、提高物流运输效率等加强库存管理的措施。
Given why domestic oil refining and marketing enterprises accumulate inventory and the main problems in inventory management, a practical framework is proposed for improving inventory management measures, such as improving lowpriced-oil market analysis, managing large inventory build-up, keeping commercial reserves, increasing end-user sales capability, getting refiners to pay for building out the retail network, and raising transport logistics efficiency.
