摘要 针对目前胶粉改性沥青性能存在的不足,以金陵70号道路石油沥青、中胶40目胶粉、YH-791 SBS以及维他连接剂TOR作为原材料,确定最佳制备工艺,研发胶粉复合改性沥青。主要探究胶粉与SBS两种改性剂的添加工艺以及溶胀时间对胶粉复合改性沥青性能的影响。试验研究表明:胶粉与SBS同时掺入道路石油沥青,且溶胀时间为1h时,制备的胶粉复合改性沥青路用性能最佳,其高温稳定性能和弹性恢复性能较TOR橡胶沥青和SBS改性沥青有显著改善。 Aiming at the shortage of the rubber asphalt,this study selected No. 70 Jinling road asphalt,Zhongjiao 40 mesh powder,YH-791 SBS and VITA linking agent TOR as raw material to determine the best preparation process and develop the powder composite modified asphalt. This article mainly explores the influence of the powder and SBS 's adding process and swelling time on the powder composite modified asphalt performance. Experimental research shows that: when the powder is added together with SBS into the road asphalt,and the swelling time is one hour,the powder composite modified asphalt has the best performance. Its high temperature stability and elastic recovery performance is better than TOR rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt significantly.
