摘要
本工程无梁楼盖结合BIM技术施工,通过利用Revit系列软件对结构模型建模、模板模型建模、脚手架支撑体系建模以及钢筋工程建模,发现并解决了无梁楼盖施工过程中各工序的一些问题,对无梁楼盖的施工进行可视化操作,对无梁楼盖进行施工仿真模拟来控制无梁楼盖的施工质量。通过对脚手架支撑体系的建模,优化了其搭设方式,通过对钢筋模型的查看,提前发现钢筋施工中存在的问题,并及时反馈相关部门,提前解决。
Combining with the BIM technology,the beamless floor is constructed in a project. The structure modeling,formwork modeling,scaffold modeling and steel bars modeling are established with Revit software,and some problems in the construction of beamless floor are found and solved. The construction of beamless floor is visualized,and the construction quality is controlled through the simulation of beamless floor. Through the modeling of scaffold and supports,the establish type is optimized. Through the steel bars collision check,the problems in the construction of steel bars are found in advance,and the problems are reported to correlate department and solved in advance.
