摘要
为解决建筑工程现场质量管理计划粗放控制薄弱、系统性和规范性缺乏、管理者难于全面了解重点把控等问题,基于ITP构建了现场质量控制管理的新方法,并在多个大型建筑工程建设中投入运用。新方法突出了过程控制,计划与执行情况一目了然,管理精细、系统和规范,达成的效果较为明显。
Quality management new method is established based on ITP to solve the problems of poor control,low system,bad criterion and manager lopsided control of quality management plan,and the method is applied in some large buildings construction. The new method is focused on the process control,it is elaborate,systemic and normative,and the effect is obvious.
