摘要
上海世茂深坑酒店坑顶支座大梁采用跳仓法施工,大梁底部设计有无胎卷材防水层。通过对大梁浇筑后温度和长度变化的测量与计算,分析出无胎卷材防水层在减少垫层对大梁约束中的作用,以及先浇仓段对后浇仓段的约束影响。经研究得出,在位于坚硬地基上的垫层上面铺设3mm厚无胎卷材防水层后,垫层与上部混凝土结构之间的摩擦系数μ为0.827。
The support beam of Shanghai Shimao Chasm Hotel is constructed by jump warehouse method, and there is PET coil waterproof layer under the beam. By measuring and calculating temperature and length change of the beam, this paper analyzed the constraint influence of coil waterproof layer in reducing the constraint between cushion and beam. After laying 3mm coil waterproof layer on the cushion covering hard foundation, the friction coefficient between cushion and concrete structure is 0. 827.
