摘要
在地下连续墙槽壁开挖施工过程中往往需要采用泥浆护壁措施隔绝地下水,防止成槽过程中地下水涌入而导致的槽壁坍塌问题。本工程采用循环泥浆隔绝层间潜水和承压水2层地下水,在保证地下连续墙槽壁稳定的同时,防止地下水的浪费。在分析土层岩性的基础上,根据规范确定泥浆的性能及配合比,并据此提出泥浆制备、质量控制、循环和处理工艺。泥浆在整个施工过程中的监测数据表明,设计的泥浆和与之相配套的工艺可以满足地下连续墙槽壁稳定的要求。
In the diaphragm wall tank wall excavation process, it often needs to use slurry measures to isolate groundwater and prevent groundwater influx caused collapse. This project adopted circulating slurry to isolate interlayer diving and confined water and prevented the waste of underground water while ensuring the stability of diaphragm wall tank wall. On the basis of analyzing soil lithology and according to the specification, this project determined the slurry performance and mixture ratio, and put forward the slurry preparation, quality control, circulation and processing technology. Monitoring data of slurry showed that the design of slurry accorded with the matching process and could meet the requirements of the stability of diaphragm wall tank wall.
