摘要
处于繁华市区的深基坑,场地紧邻周边建筑设施,为了不影响这些建筑与设施的正常使用,基坑施工过程中需要进行严格的变形控制。上海某工程基坑处于软土地基中,开挖最深处达22m。复杂的环境条件对基坑开挖过程中的变形控制提出了很高要求。土方开挖之初,根据基坑自身特点,以变形控制为核心,考虑各影响因素,结合基坑开挖过程数值模拟,制定了分阶段分区域的土方开挖方案,并在施工过程中根据实际情况进行局部调整,保证了基坑工程的安全。
Deep foundation excavation in the downtown area is close to buildings and facilities. In order to protect these structures, deformation control is necessary. The depth of excavation is up to 22 meters in some project in Shanghai. The complex environmental conditions require strict deformation control. At the beginning of earthwork excavation, the arrangement and method for construction were proposed based on influence factors and the result of numerical simulation. The plan was adjusted during the construction according to the reality. Finally, the excavation construction was successfully completed.
