摘要
充填料压浆补强技术是一种节约、有效的桩端缺陷处理技术,该技术适用于由于桩端混凝土离析等缺陷的桩底补强处理。其技术关键是骨料均匀填充装置,该装置能将细骨料均匀填充于缺陷部位,对填料进行高压静压注浆补强后,补强体与桩结合紧密,补强体强度大大提高,施工工艺相对简单,无需大型施工机械。
This paper presents the filling grouting reinforcement technique which is a kind of pile end defects effectively processing technology. The technology is suitable for concrete segregation defects such as pile bottom reinforcement treatment. The key technology is uniform filling device of aggregate, the device can fill aggregate uniformly in the defect site. After high voltage static pressure grouting reinforcement, reinforcing body tightly combined with the pile, reinforcement strength is greatly improved, the construction process is simple without large construction machinery
