Technology and Management of Comprehensive Renovation of Old Residential Buildings

老旧住宅小区面临着不同程度的管线老化、设备年久失修、道路破损、楼体饰面脱落、节能保温效果差等诸多需要解决的问题。某综合整治项目在外墙节能改造的同时还进行了室内专业管线、屋面、外窗等项目改造。结合该工程的改造实例,介绍了技术创新、施工管理以及改造的经验。

The old residential district faced with varying degrees of aging pipelines, equipment disrepair, damaged roads, building decoration peeling, thermal insulation and energy saving effect. This comprehensive renovation project in exterior wall energy saving, at the same time the renovation also included professional interior pipe line, roof, window and renovation project. Combining with the reform of the project, this paper introduced technology innovation, construction management and reform of the experience for reference.
