高职院校“工学结合”人才培养问题研究——以新余市高职院校为例 被引量:2

摘要 工学结合,就是要求理论联系实际,把学生在校学习与企业实践实训结合起来,从而使学生工作与学习有机地结合在一起,把学生培养成为高素质技能型人才。目前,工学结合人才培养方式在各高职院校正在深入开展,但各校在进行的过程中也遇到了许多新问题[1],在此以新余市高职院校为例,从高职院校和企业两个方面来分析工学结合面临的问题,并提出应对措施。 Working-integrated learning is to link theory with practice, that is, to combine what the students studies in schooland their practical training in business, which may spur the students to unify their working and learning organically together, andcould cultivate the students to become persons with high quality. Presently, the work-integrated training mode is carried out in manyhigher vocational colleges, but the schools involved are experiencing many new problems. Thus, in this paper, such problems areanalyzed from the perspective of both the school and the enterprise with the higher vocational colleges in Xinyu as the examples,and the countermeasures are put forward.
