5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法对痤疮丙酸杆菌体外抑制的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的评估5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)在体外对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制效应。方法试验分为ALA-PDT组、ALA组、细菌组、细菌红光组,使用半导体固态冷光源照射,采用厌氧盒培养法与倾注培养法培养,观察2.5 g/L、3.6 g/L、5.0 g/L等ALA-PDT组照光后,培养琼脂中痤疮丙酸杆菌生长情况。结果 5.0 g/L ALA-PDT组已可完全抑制各浓度痤疮丙酸杆菌的生长,2.5 g/L ALA-PDT组各浓度痤疮丙酸杆菌可继续生长,3.6 g/L ALA-PDT组除107CFU/m L浓度组细菌外,其余浓度组痤疮丙酸杆菌的生长已被完全抑制。结论同一细菌浓度下,ALA的抑菌作用与其浓度呈正相关。 Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) on Propionibacterium acnes(P.acnes). Methods The experiments were divided into four groups: ALA-PDT group, ALA group,bacterium group and bacterium phototherapy group. P.acnes were irradiated by the light source of semiconductor and cultivated by anaerobic culture and poured-plate methods. The growth conditions of P.acnes were observed after ALA-PDT at the ALA concentrations of 2.5 g/L, 3.6 g/L and 5 g/L respectively. Results In 5 g/L ALA-PDT group, the growth of P.acnes at each concentration was inhibited completely. In 2.5 g/L ALA-PDT group, the growth of P.acnes at each concentration was not restrained. In 3.6 g/L ALA-PDT group, except the bacterium group of 107CFU/m L, the growth of P.acnes was suppressed thoroughly. Conclusion In the condition of the same bacterial concentration, the inhibitory effect of ALA is positively correlated with its concentration.
