复方败酱草片治疗62例寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Clinicle Observation of Compound Baijiangcao Tablets on Treating 62 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察复方败酱草片治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效。方法将120例寻常型银屑病随机分为2组。治疗组62例予以复方败酱草片口服,10片/次,2次/d;对照组58例予郁金银屑片口服,5片/次,3次/d。2组皮损处均外用15%尿素霜2次/d,2个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组和对照组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后皮损PASI积分及中医证候积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方败酱草片治疗寻常型银屑病有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of compound Baijiangcao tablets on treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. 62 patients in treatment group were given compound Baijiangcai tablets 10 tablets, twice a day, and other 58 cases in control group were given Yujin Yinxie tablets five tablets, three times a day. All patients had 15% urea cream for external use, twice a day. The therapeutic courses were two months in both groups. Then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed. Results The cure rate and total effective rate had significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The PASI scores and traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom scores before and after the treatments in two groups were significant different（P〈0.05）. The PASI scores and TCM symptom scores were significant different after the treatment beteen two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Baijiangcai tablets is effective in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
