加减舒肝活血汤联合激素治疗气滞血瘀型红斑狼疮的相关生存质量变化分析

Change of Related Quality of Life in Treating Patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Used Jiajian Shugan Huoxue Tang Combined with Hormone

目的观察加减舒肝活血汤联合激素对气滞血瘀型红斑狼疮治疗前后的相关生存质量变化。方法将82例红斑狼疮患者随机分为治疗组(44例)与对照组(38)例,治疗组给予加减舒肝活血汤联合激素治疗,对照组给予激素治疗,2组治疗3个月后进行相关生存质量分析。结果治疗组生存质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组生理职能(RP)、总体健康感(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社交功能(SF)、心理健康(MH)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加减疏肝活血汤联合激素治疗红斑狼疮能明显提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the changes of related quality of life before and after blood stasis lupus erythematosus treatment used Jiajian Shugan Huoxue Tang combined with hormone. Methods 82 cases of lupus erythematosus patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（44 cases） and the control group（38 cases）. The treatment group were treated by Jiajian Shugan Huoxue Tang combined with hormone,and the control group were treated by hormone only. And the changes of related quality of life after three months were analyzed. Results The treatment group got better quality of life than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the role physical（RP）, generalhealthperceptions（GH）, vitality（VT）, social functioning（SF）, mental health（MH） of treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of lupus erythematosus with Jiajian Shugan Huoxue Tang combined with hormone can improve the quality of life of patients obviously.
