探索“多极多点,全方位育人”思想政治教育工作新模式——以西华师范大学为例

Exploration on "Comprehensive Education Based on Multiple Poles and Multiple Points" as a New Model for the Work of Ideological and Political Education:A Case Study on China West Normal University

在社会意识形态多元化的现状下,高校思想政治教育工作应结合社会主义核心价值观的推进,探索新模式。本文以西华师范大学的新探索为例,介绍以思想引领、典型示范、队伍建设、服务育人和文化提升五大工程为增长极宏观指导思想政治教育工作开展,同时细化落实到各自增长点,扎实有效地推进思想政治教育工作新进程。

In the current status of social ideological pluralism, the implementation of ideological and political education in universi-ties should be combined with core socialist values, and explore new models. Exemplified by the new exploration of China West Normal University, this paper introduces the implementation of ideological and political education guided by such five growth poles as ideological guidance, typical demonstration, teaching team building, education in service and cultural enhancement, and refines and implements the growth points of them, so as to solidly and effectively impel the new process of ideological and political education.
