微无创医学“专门用途英语”课程建设的探索

The Exploration of Micro Noninvasive Medical English Course Construction

当今世界各国政治、经济、科技及文化的联系日益密切,国际交往频繁。专门用途英语(English for Specific Purposes,ESP)越来越体现出其应用的价值,ESP教学已成为中国大学英语教学的发展趋势。以超声消融治疗为代表的、正在全世界蓬勃发展的微无创医学领域亟需大量掌握本领域ESP的高层次复合型国际化人才来承担学习、沟通和交流的重任。文章结合国内外ESP教学开展的现状与重庆医科大学生物医学工程学院所作的尝试,讨论微无创医学ESP课程的建设。

Today, the world＇s politics, economy, technology and culture contact more and more closely, and the international ex-change is frequtnt. With English for specific purposes （ESP） in-creasingly applied, ESP teaching has become the development trend of China＇s college English teaching. The micro noninvasive medical research is booming all over the world,in which ultra-sound ablation is a representative. It urgently requires a lot of high-level compound talents who master ESP of the field to com-municate and exchange with the people of other countries. This article will discuss the development of the micro noninvasive medical ESP course in College of Biomedical Engineering of Chongqing Medical University.
