构建“PBL为基础”的中药药理学教学模式

On the Construction of a "PBL-based" Teaching Mode for Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

建设中医药强省已成为广东省的重要发展战略,中医中药产业将成为广东省的支柱产业。随着中医药企业研究开发能力及技术装备水平不断提高,产品质量不断提升,中医药行业集中度以及行业竞争的层次有了显著提高,而企业对学生的需求也从传统知识型向应用技能型转变。本文针对目前企业对人才需求的改变,在教学中引入"PBL"教育理念,探讨新形势下中药药理专业人才的培养模式,以期为本校及其他同类型高校培养高级应用型人才提供一种新思路。

The construction of a major medicine province has be-come an important development strategy of Guangdong Province, so Chinese medicine industry will become a pillar industry in Guangdong Province. With the continuous improvement of phar-maceutical research and development capabilities and the level of technology and equipment in enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine, the quality of products have been improved continu-ously, and the concentration and the level of competition of the traditional Chinese medicine industry have been significantly im-proved, and the enterprise needs for students have also been transformed from the traditional knowledge-based needs to the application-based and skill-based needs. In view of the change of the current enterprise demand for talents,“PBL”is introduced into teaching, in order to explore the training mode of profession-als for pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine under the new situation, hoping to provide a new idea for the cultivation of advanced applied talents for the writer＇s university and other col-leges and universities of the same type.
