摘要
管理学是一门综合性和实践性以及应用性均较强的学科,也是大学经管专业的核心基础课,其教学效果直接关乎学生的实际管理能力。然而,现有管理学教学存在的理论与实践脱节、课程内容老化、教学方法传统等问题较为突出。本文在分析管理学学科特点的基础上,系统分析了管理学教学改革的历程和存在的问题,在此基础上,就进一步提升管理学的教学方法和教学效果提出了几点对策建议,旨在为新时期管理学的教学改革提供可能的理论借鉴。
Management is a highly comprehensive, practical and applied discipline, as well as a core foundation course for college economic management majors, so its teaching effect directly con-cerns students' practical ability of management. However, there are some prominent problems in the current management teach-ing, such as theory-practice disconnection, outdated curriculum contents and traditional teaching methods. Based on analyzing the discipline characteristics of management, this paper system-atically analyzes the process of management teaching reform and the existing problems, and then proposes several countermea-sures and suggestions to further improve management teaching methods and teaching effect, aiming to provide possible theoreti-cal references for management teaching reform in the new period.
