A Brief Discussion on the Application of Logistics Examples to Markov Chain Teaching

针对马尔可夫链概念的抽象性,本文运用案例教学法,以排队系统模型和库存系统模型为例,使学生更好地理解马尔可夫链的性质。并且可以让学生认识到马尔可夫链的广泛应用,培养学生的学习兴趣以及解决实际问题的能力。

In view of the abstraction of the concept of Markov chain, this paper uses case-based teaching approach and takes queuing system model and the inventory system model as the ex-amples, which let the students get a deeper understanding about Markov chain. Moreover, it will cultivate the students＇ interest in learning and ability to solve practical problems.
