对农村人才需求与农村职业教育人才培养分析

Analysis on Rural Demands for Talents and the Talent Cultivation in Rural Vocational Education

随着我国农村的建设与发展出现了相关性的问题,例如农村发展步伐加快的同时会出现实用性人才短缺,人才教育与培养和现实需求相互脱节等。针对农村对人才需求的特殊性来加强对农村职业教育的深层探索。农村发展形势与人才需求现状的情形不容乐观,面对相关具体问题应及时有效地做出合理解决方案,这样才会为农村的发展与建设提供更好的人才保障。本文针对农村建设人才需求与职业教育人才培养计划的相关问题进行简要的分析与探索。

With the construction and development of rural areas in China, some related problems emerge, such as a shortage of practical talents in the accelerating development of rural areas and the disconnection between talent education and cultivation and real needs. Therefore, a further exploration on rural voca-tional education should be enhanced in accordance with the par-ticularity of rural demands for talents. The situation of rural de-velopment and the status quo of talent demands are not opti-mistic, so we should timely and effectively work out reasonable solutions to specific problems, so as to provide a better talent guarantee for the development and construction of rural areas. In this paper, issues related to talent demands for rural construction and the talent cultivation plan in vocational education are briefly analyzed and explored.
