高职校学生职业生涯规划指导体系构建——以南京A高职校为例

On the Construction of the Career Planning Guidance System for Higher Vocational College Students:A Case Study on Nanjing A Higher Vocational College

近年来很多高职院校学生毕业后找不到工作。同时,企业难以找到合适的毕业生,这种社会现象相当突出。而科学合理的学生职业生涯规划指导体系对学生综合职业能力的培养,最终实现人职匹配具有至关重要的作用。因此,本文针对南京A高职校800名师生开展了一项关于A高职校职业生涯规划指导工作的调查活动,以便找出A高职校学生职业生涯规划指导工作存在的问题,构建合理的指导体系,从而为一般高职校提供借鉴。

In recent years, the phenomenon of higher vocational college graduates＇ “difficult employment” and enterprises＇ “re-cruitment difficulty” is very prominent. A scientific and rational career planning guidance system for students plays a crucial role in the cultivation of students＇ comprehensive occupational abili-ties and the ultimate realization of talent-occupation match. Therefore, this paper selected 800 teachers and students from Nanjing A Higher Vocational College, and launched a survey on career planning guidance in this college, in order to find the problems existing in it, and construct a reasonable guidance sys-tem, thus providing a reference for other higher vocational col-leges.
