随着时代的进步,社会竞争的加剧,人们心理问题变得越发突出,大学生这一群体也不例外。大学生心理健康教育正逐渐成为高校教育的重要一块,它直接关系到学生的成长成才。本文从大学生心理健康教育体系构建的主要方面出发,构建多位一体的有效大学生心理健康教育模式,促进高校心理健康教育工作快速发展,为大学生的健康心理保驾护航。

With the progress of the era and the intensification of social competition, people＇s psychological problems become more prominent, including those of college students. Psychological health education is becoming an important part of higher educa-tion, which is directly related to students＇ growth and success. Starting from the main aspects of psychological health education system construction, this paper constructs a pluralistic and effec-tive mode of psychological health education for college students, in order to promote the rapid development of psychological health education in colleges and universities, and improve the psycho-logical health of college students.
