住院医师规范化培训的现状调查与分析

住院医师规范化培训是我国医学教育的重要改革措施,目的是为了加强卫生人才队伍的建设,提高我国医疗卫生服务的水平。但由于我国医学教育模式的复杂性,现今的住院医师规范化培训并未取得令人满意的结果。规范化培训学员对现在的培训模式和管理并不满意,两年的学习也并未达到显著地提高规范化培训学员临床知识与技能的目的。由于和在校研究生学习期间的学习模式和方法差别不大,课程重复较多,导致国家投入资金和规范化培训学员时间的严重浪费。而对将临床专业学位研究生学习期间纳入规范化培训管理和要求,大多数学员对这一学习模式的改革较为迷惑。现行的住院医师规范化培训并不能良好地达到全面提高医学生临床知识与技能的目的。因此为满足我国日益增长的健康要求,宜进一步深入对住院医师规范化培训模式和规范化培训考核的探讨,以期培养出满足我国社会发展需要的医学专门人才。

Standardized training of residents is an important med-ical education reform, its purpose is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of health personnel and to improve the level of health services in China. However, due to the complexity of medical ed-ucation model, the results of our standardized training of resi-dents were not satisfactory to the purpose of reform. The trainees were disappointed to the models of training and management be-cause of less significant improvement of clinical knowledge and skills after 2 years of standardized training. Especially, the learn-ing model and methods of standardized training were not different from the graduate study, which wasted a lot of fund and time of the trainees in the process of standardized training. Most partici-pants were confused very much to the learning model of clinical professional degree graduate study and standardized training si-multaneously. So the model of current standardization training of residents could not improve the medical students＇ clinical knowl-edge and skills. Therefore, the model of standardization training of residents and the evaluation of the standardization training should be improved, so as to meet the growing requirements of medical professionals in our country, which including the model of training and examination.
