含Mn天然方解石的低温光致发光特性

摘要 对未进行任何处理的某发光矿物通过电子探针,ICP光谱仪,X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器手段确定了化学成分与晶体结构;再对样品的发光机理以及室温和低温条件下的光致发光发射光谱进行了研究。结果表明:此矿物是天然方解石。其在255nm激发下642nm附近的橘红色荧光归属于Mn2+的4T2g→6A1g跃迁发射。波长在522nm的宽带归属于Mn2+的4T1 g→6A1g跃迁发射。随着温度的降低522nm波长处荧光强度急剧上升,而642nm波长处发光强度的增大不如522nm波长处迅速,但随着接近室温522nm波长处荧光峰趋于平坦。 A luminous mineral without any treatment characterized by Electron probe, ICP spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD) ;Then the Emitting mechanism as well as the Photoluminescence emission spectra at room temperature and low temperature were studied.The results showed that this is a natural mineral calcite.Under 255nm excitation the orange-red fluorescence lied near 642nm are due to 4 T2g→6 A1g transition of Mn2+.Wavelength lied near 522nm resulted from the character transition of 4 T1 g→6 A1g of Mn2+ion.As the temperature decreases the fluo-rescence intensity at 522nm emission sharply increased, but the increase of 642nm is not rapidly than 522nm, when as close to room temperature the fluorescence peak wavelength of 522nm to flatten.
