益气健脾汤治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的观察益气健脾汤治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将100例稳定型心绞痛患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气健脾汤治疗,2组疗程均为2个月。观察2组治疗前后运动平板试验各指标水平、心绞痛发作情况、中医证候积分、血脂水平及生活质量评分的变化。结果治疗前2组各项观察指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后2组运动平板试验各项指标水平、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、硝酸甘油消耗量、中医证候积分、血脂指标水平及生活质量评分均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组中医证候疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后血常规、肝肾功能均未见明显异常,均未发生明显不良反应。结论益气健脾汤可改善稳定型心绞痛患者的运动耐量,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction on stable angina pectoris of coro- nary heart disease. Methods 100 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, each group had 50 cases. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group was added with Yiqi Jianpi decoction on the basis of the control group, the treatment courses of the two groups were 2 months. The changes of the index level of treadmill exercise testing （TET） , angina paroxysm condition, TCM symptoms integral, blood lipid level and quality of life score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The indexes of the two groups of patients before treatment had no statistically significant differences （P 〉 0.05） ; The indexes level of TET, duration of anginal attacks, the attack frequency of angina pec- toris and nitroglycerin consumption, TCM symptoms integral, blood lipid level and quality of life score of the two groups after treatment were obviously improved than those before treatment（P all 〈 0.05） , and the improvements of the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（ P all 〈 0.05 ） ; The total effective rate of the TCM symptom of the obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No abnormity of blood routine, liver and kidney function and side effect was found in both groups. Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi decoction can improve the exercise tolerance in pa- tients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, improve the effect of clinical treatment and the quality of life, with high security, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
