正交试验优选通窍活血胶囊水提工艺

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Tongqiaohuoxue Capsule by Orthogonal Test

目的:优选通窍活血胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量和干膏率为评价指标,利用正交试验考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数对通窍活血胶囊提取工艺的影响,采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水提取3次,每次30min;芍药苷含量为21.10mg/g,干膏率为23.42%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行,为通窍活血胶囊的合理开发提供参考。

ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction technology for Tongqiaohuoxue Capsule. MethodThe extraction conditions were optimized by orthoganal test, with the solvent volume, extraction time and extraction times as the influencing factors, the content of the Paeoniflorin and the yield of dry extract were used as the evaluation indexes. The content of paeoniflorin was detected by HPLC meth- od. ResultThe optimal extraction conditions were： refluxing extraction for 3 times and 30min each time with 12 fold amount of water. The content of the paeoniflorin was 21. 10 mg/g and the yield of dry extract was 23. 42%. ConclusionThe extraction technology is reasonable, reliable, and provides a foundation for the further production and quality control of Tangqiaohuoxue Caosule.
