对高血压基底节区脑出血患者采用超早期显微手术治疗的护理分析

Nursing care for patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated by ultra early microsurgery

目的研究高血压基底节区脑出血患者采用超早期显微手术治疗的护理方法。方法选取我院在2012年8月~2014年8月间收治的82例高血压基底节区脑出血患者的临床资料,根据数字随机分组法原则,将患者分为两组,每组各41例病例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度与并发症发生情况。结果 （1）与对照组相较,观察组满意度更好,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）与对照组相较,观察组并发症率更低,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论实施超早期显微手术治疗的高血压基地节区脑出血患者通过给予综合护理,可降低并发症的发生率,让患者对疾病治疗更加满意,改善其术后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the nursing care of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region using ultra early microsurgery. Methods 82 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage clinical data were selected, who were treated in our hospital from 2012 August to 2014 August. According to the principle of digital random grouping method, the patients were divided into two groups, each group 41 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care, and observation group were given comprehensive nursing care. The incidence of nursing satisfaction and complications of two groups were compared. Results（1）The observation group was satisfaction better contrast compared with the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.（2） Compared with control group, the observation group was statistically significant lower complication rate, contrast（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of ultra early microsurgical operation treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients base ganglia by giving comprehensive care, can reduce the incidence of complications, make patients more satisfied with the treatment of the disease, improve the postoperative quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
