丹红治疗不稳定心绞痛98例的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法将2013年5月~2014年5月于我院接受治疗的98例疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者作为观察对象,按照入院编号以数字随机分组法分为观察组与对照组。观察组50例患者采用丹红注射液40m L溶于5%葡萄糖溶液250m L中静脉滴注,1次/d,连续治疗14d为一个疗程;对照组48例患者采用常规对症支持治疗,对比两组临床症状治疗有效率、心电图治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组50例患者治疗有效率情况为显效41例(82.0%)、有效7例(14.0%)、无效2例(4.0%),总有效率为48例(96.0%);与对照组的显效23例(47.9%)、有效13例(27.1%)、无效12例(25.0%),总有效率36例(75.0%)比较,效果更好,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者心电图治疗有效率情况,显效33例(66.0%)、有效14例(28.0%)、无效3例(6.0%),总有效率为47例(94.0%);与对照组的显效21例(43.8%)、有效11例(22.9%)、无效16例(33.5%),总有效率32例(66.7%)比较,效果更好,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组患者均发出现任何不良反应。结论丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效更好,安全性好,且操作简便,值得在临床广泛推广使用。 Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 98 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2013, were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, according to the number of hospitalized patients. 50 patients of the observation group were injected with 40 m L Dan Hong injection, which dissolved in 250 m L of 5% glucose solution, 1 times/d, 14 days for a course of treatment. Control group was treated by conventional support treatment. The clinical treatment efficient, total effective rate, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of ECG in the observation group was 94.0%, better than the total effective rate of the control group 66.7%,, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Two groups of patients were sending any adverse reaction. Conclusion Danhong injection treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina curative effect is better, good security, and easy to operate. It is worth to be widely used in clinical.
