摘要
目的分析探讨不同立体视检查法在学龄前儿童眼保健检查中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月~2014年12月期间在我院进行眼保健检查的84例学龄前儿童作为研究对象,分别利用金氏随机点立体视检查图、颜氏随机点立体视检查图及Titmus立体视检查图对其进行立体视检查。观察并分析对比3种检查方法的检查结果。结果颜氏及Titmus立体视检查图得到的黄斑中心凹立体视、黄斑立体视、周边立体视的差异均不明显(P〉0.05),但金氏立体视检查图得到的黄斑中心凹立体视、黄斑立体视及周边立体视的比例均要明显小于前两者,且差异显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);颜氏及Titmus立体视检查图得到的立体视正常率差异不明显,不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05),但金氏立体视检查图得到的立体视正常率要明显小于前两者,且差异显著,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对学龄前儿童进行眼保健检查中的立体视检查时,颜氏随机点立体视检查图及Titmus立体视检查图均可较为准确的检查出儿童的立体视情况,在检查时可考虑联合使用以增加检查的准确性。
Objective To analyze and explore the application value of different stereopsis testing methods in eye care check of preschool children. Methods 84 preschool children that had received eye care check in our hospital were selected as the study objectives. Kim random point stereopsis test chart, Yan's random point stereopsis test chart and Titmus stereopsis test chart were used to conduct stereopsis test. The testing results of three testing methods were observed and analyzed. Results the proportion of macular center concave stereopsis, macular stereopsis, surrounding stereopsis got from Yan's and Titmus stereopsis test chart had no evident difference(P〈0.05), but the proportion of macular center concave stereopsis, macular stereopsis, surrounding stereopsis got from Kim random point stereopsis test chart was evident less than that of Yan's and Titmus stereopsis, the difference of study results was significant and had statistical significance(P〈0.05); the normal rate of stereopsis got from Yan's and Titmus stereopsis test had no evident difference(P〉0.05), but the normal rate of stereopsis got from Kim random point stereopsis tes was less than that of Yan's and Titmus stereopsis test, the difference of study results was significant and had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Yan's random point stereopsis test chart and Titmus stereopsis test chart are more accurately in checking stereopsis condition of children during eye care check of preschool children. It is suggested that these two methods can be used at the same time to increase the accuracy of testing.
