摘要
目的研究循证医学带教法对眼科临床实习生学习质量及考核效果的影响。方法选择2013年12月~2014年10月来我科进行临床实习的80名实习生作为研究对象,根据实习生轮转安排,采用随机数字法按实习轮次随机分为两组,对照组实行原有常规临床带教模式,实验组实行循证医学带教法。在我科室实习结束时进行考核,评估两种方法对眼科实习生学习质量和考核效果的影响。结果实验组眼科实习生理论考试、临床技能及病案分析能力评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),实验组带教医师对眼科实习生的满意率为87.5%,高于对照组的65%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循证医学带教法与常规带教法相比,能显著提高眼科临床实习生的学习质量,提高带教医师对他们的满意率,获得更佳的考核效果。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of the evidence-based medicine teaching method on the quality and the effect of the clinical interns in the department of ophthalmology.Methods 80 trainee clinical practice were chosen as the research object in December 2013 to October 2014 in our department, according to intern rotating arrangement, the random number according to the practice rounds were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, the implementation of conventional clinical teaching mode, experimental group to implement evidence based medicine with shariah. At the end of the internship in my department, we evaluated the effect of the two methods on the quality and the effect of the students in the department of ophthalmology.Results The scores of the clinical skills, clinical skills and the ability of medical record analysis of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group with the teaching doctors was 87.5%, signiifcantly higher than that of the control group 65%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method, the evidence based medicine teaching method can improve the quality of clinical interns in department of ophthalmology, and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with them.
