摘要
本设计通过"酶的特性"这一教学实验巧妙地将生物化学中的酶,糖,蛋白质这几章内容有机结合起来。不仅成功的诠释了实验是理论与实践相结合的桥梁,而且还让学生锻炼了动手能力,养成了认真观察、分析和思考实验内容和实验结果,研究实验成功的经验和失败的原因的逻辑思维。更重要的是,对理论内容理解的更透彻,对各学科之间的联系认识得更深刻。
This design can cleverly combine enzymes, sugar and proteins by biochemistry experiment teaching. Not only successful interpretation experimental operation is a combination of theory and practice of the bridge, but allow students to exercise the ability, to develop a careful observation, analysis and reflection test content and test results on the causes for the experimental successes and failures of thinking. More importantly, got a further thorough understanding of theory content and the connection between the various disciplines.
