关于高台县重型精神病的诊治情况的调查研究

Study on Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Mental Illness in Gaotai County

目的调查高台县重型精神病的诊治情况,为制定高台县卫生工作规划提供依据。方法采用抽样调查法,对高台县3乡精神障碍诊治情况进行抽样调查。结果高台县总人口15.8万,其中重型精神病患者189人,患病率为0.12%;治疗的患者有90例(47.6%),未接受治疗的患者有99例(52.4%);接受治疗的患者中间断进行治疗的52例(57.8%),连续治疗的38例(42.2%)。结论高台县重型精神病患者治疗不足,应加强对重型精神病患者的治疗和管理,对于维护社会稳定有着重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of heavy mental illness in Gaotai, for the development of Gaotai health work plan according to the outline.Methods By sampling survey method, investigation of Gaotai county 3 rural mental disorders diagnosis and treatment situation. ResultsAmong 15 hundred and 8 thousand of the population in Gaotai, including 189 people in the heavy mental patients, the prevalence rate was 0.12%. Treatment of the 90 people （47.6%）, not the healer of 99 people （52.4%）. Treated patients, continuous treatment of 52 （57.8%）, continuous treatment accounted for 38 （42.2%）.Conclusion Patients with severe mental disorder are not enough treated in Gaotai. We should strengthen the treatment and management of severe mental illness, is of great signiifcance to maintaining social stability.
