临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪应用的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Rapid Blood Glucose Meter and Routine Biochemical Analyzer in Clinical Blood Glucose Test

目的探究临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪的临床应用效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年4月于我院就诊并且接受血糖检验的68例患者,采用回顾性分析法对所有患者的临床资料进行分析,并同时给予68例患者快速血糖仪与常规生化仪检验,对比两种检验方法的检验效果。结果快速血糖仪的血糖测量值为（5.81±0.02）mmol/L,常规生化仪的血糖测量值为（5.64±0.03）mmol/L,差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论快速血糖仪具有高效、快捷、经济等特点,有利于诊断和治疗。

Objective Explore the clinical effect of rapid clinical blood test blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer.Methods 68 cases of patients receiving blood sugar test were chosen from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital, the use of a retrospective analysis of clinical data for all patients were analyzed, and 68 patients while giving fast meter with conventional biochemical analyzer test, test the effect of comparison of the two test methods.Results The test result of blood glucose is （5.81±0.02） mmol/L when using rapid blood glucose meter and the test result of blood glucose is （5.64±0.03） mmol/L when using conventional biochemical analyzer. The difference of results between two methods is not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The rapid blood glucose meter is an efifcient, fast, economic test method. It helps to diagnosis and treatment.
