摘要
目的探讨成人肠套叠的不同CT征象,及其在该病中的诊断价值。方法对我院2012～2014年CT诊断成人肠套叠,并经手术证实21例患者的CT征象及病理资料进行回顾分析。结果 21例中小肠型肠套叠9例,回结肠型4例,结肠型8例。CT直接征象包括：同心圆征7例,肾形征4例,彗星尾征6例,双肠管征4例。后经手术证实均有原发性病变,这些病理改变包括：炎性坏死（6例）,脂肪瘤（4例）,腺癌（7例）,淋巴瘤（2例）,肠息肉（2例）。结论肠套叠具有特征性的CT表现,对成人肠套叠的临床诊断有重要价值。
Objective To analyze the different CT manifestations of adult intussusception, and investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT in this desease.MethodsThe CT images and pathological data of 21 cases in 2012 ～ 2014 with intussusception which diagnosed by CT and conifrmed by operation were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsIn all 21 cases, 9 cases were small intestine intussusception, 4 cases were ileocecum intussusception and 8 cases were colon intussusception. Direct signs of CT ifndings included the target sign 7 cases, the ＂kidney shape＂ sign 4 cases, the ＂comet tail＂ sign 6 cases, and the ＂double-intestines＂ signs 4 cases. Primary lesions both benign and malignant were found by operation, which including inlfammatory necrosis （6 cases）, lipomyoma （4 cases）, adenocarcinoma （7 cases）, lymphoma （2 case） and intestinal polyp （2 cases）.Conclusion With the characteristic imaging features, multi-slice spiral CT has a great important value in diagnosis of adult intussusception.
