摘要
目的探讨二维彩超与四维成像技术在进行胎儿系统检查过程中的应用价值。方法选择2012~2015年于本院进行系统超声检查的胎儿3 863例,均同时给予经腹部传统的二维彩超以及四维成像技术进行胎儿正常发育和发育缺陷的常规检查,记录患者的诊断结果并进行对比分析。结果四维彩超总检出47例,占总胎儿比率为1.22%,高于二维彩超22例(0.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论四维彩超在产科胎儿系统检查过程中,比二维彩超具有更优的诊断准确率,临床应用价值更高,具有重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the application value of 2D ultrasound and 4D imaging technology in the fetal systematic examination.Methods 3 863 cases of fetuses that were to examine by ultrasound were selected in 2012 ~ 2015, and received traditional 2D ultrasound and 4D imaging technology to run routine inspection for normal fetal development and developmental defects, and the diagnostic results were recorded and analyzed.Results The 4D ultrasound detected 47 cases was 1.22%, higher than the 2D ultrasound which detected 22 cases (0.57%), the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The 4D ultrasound in obstetrics fetus system examination has better diagnostic accuracy than the 2D ultrasound, with higher clinical value.
