高职五年制新模式教、管改革机理分析

"校企结合,工学结合"是中国职业教育生存与发展的原则,服务于社会,服务于企业是高职办学的宗旨。目前我国的大多数职业教育院校与企业"校企结合都处在探索阶段,鉴于现状,认为开展工学结合的难点不在社会,在学校本身。本文根据五年制大专生的特点,进行调研与实践相结合方法进行研究,提出任务驱动,项目导向式的实习过程管理模式,实现学校与企业的"零距离"、"无缝对接",形成有效的"校企合作,工学结合"模式。
