摘要
目的分析重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）手术治疗效果及手术时机选择的重要性。方法回顾性分析2009年5月～2014年11月我院50例经手术治疗SAP患者,分析手术治疗过程及手术结局,总结手术体会。结果本组50例患者共治愈38例,治愈率为76.0%,死亡3例,死亡率为6.0%。结论选择合适的时机和合理的手术方式,是手术救治SAP的关键。
Objective To analyze the importance of severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） surgical treatment and surgical timing.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 cases of surgically treated patients with SAP from May 2009 to November 2014 in our hospital, analyze surgical treatment and surgical outcomes, summarize surgical experience.Results The group of 50 patients, 38 cases were cured, the cure rate was 76.0% cases, 3 deaths, the mortality rate was 6.0%.ConclusionChoose the right time and reasonable surgical approach is the key to surgical treatment of SAP.
