踝关节旋后-外旋型Ⅳ度损伤治疗37例分析

Treatment of 37 Cases With External Rotation of the Ankle and External Rotation Type Ⅳ

目的研究内固定治疗旋后-外旋型Ⅳ度损伤的效果。方法回顾性分析37例内固定治疗旋后一外旋型Ⅳ度损伤患者资料。结果37例患者的伤口愈合效果均达到Ⅰ期,骨折的对线和对位均较好,关节平面整齐,下胫骨和腓骨均固定稳妥。关节症状与功能评分方面,29例为优,7例为良,1例为可。结论对踝关节旋后-外旋型IV度损伤进行内固定术,具有显著的效果,能够使骨折有效愈合。

Objective To study the internal fixation treatment of screw type after a extorsionⅣdegrees of damage effect.Methods 37 cases of internal ifxation for the treatment of a screw type IV degree injury patients were analyzed.Results37 cases of patients with wound healing have reached phase I, alignment and alignment were better planar joints neat, tibia and fibula are securely fixed. The score of symptoms and function of the joint was excellent, 29 cases were excellent, 7 cases were good, 1 cases were available.ConclusionThe internal ifxation of the ankle and the external rotation of the IV degree injury has a signiifcant effect, which can effectively heal the fracture.
