种植修复治疗慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Implant Restoration in the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis With Dentition Defect

目的分析种植修复治疗慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损的临床价值。方法选取慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损患者21例,均给予种植修复治疗。结果治疗后半年、1年、3年患者PD(探诊深度)与治疗前比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后半年、1年、3年患者GI(牙龈指数)与治疗前比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);且患者治疗后对患牙总体满意度评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论种植修复治疗慢性牙周炎伴有牙列缺损的临床价值较高。

Objective To analyze the implant restoration treatment of chronic periodontitis with dentition defect clinical value.Methods21 patients with chronic periodontitis with dentition defect were treated with implant repair.Results After six months, 1 year, 3 years, patients with PD （probing depth） before treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, after treatment for six months, 1 year, 3 year patient GI （gingival index） and treatment before comparison, no statistically signiifcant （P〉0.05）, and patients after treatment for teeth overall satisfaction score was signiifcantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implant restoration treatment of chronic periodontitis with high clinical value dentition defect.
