纤维支气管镜辅助治疗重症呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果及对呼吸力学的影响

Effect of Fiber Bronchoscopy in the Treatment of Severe Ventilator Associated Pneumonia and Its Effect on Respiratory Mechanics

目的探讨纤维支气管镜对重症呼吸机相关性肺炎治疗的效果及对呼吸力学指标影响。方法选择我院治疗的90例重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者为研究对象,分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予纤维支气管镜辅助治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,其呼吸力学各项指标改善程度优于对照组。结论对重症呼吸机相关性肺炎患者实施纤维支气管镜辅助治疗效果较为显著。
